-Secure Social Conversations: User can form groups which can be public (open for all to join), private (users can join the group with approval by owner) or restricted (people can join the group by invitation only) in nature. Users can initiate conversations (Topics) with in the group which can be public (all members of the group are eligible to participate) or private (selected members of the group can participate) in nature. Members with in the group can post messages with in the group which again can be public or private in nature. All of the above mentioned capabilities have been specifically thought through and designed to establish secure social conversations.

-Event Notifications: Appiyo workflows which are deployed with in the Appiyo server on cloud can tap into other applications on the cloud and bring in events, alerts & notifications that may be generated within those applications. These notifications are delivered to the mobile users through the Appiyo mobile application.

-Task Management: Appiyo workflows generate user tasks which needs to be acted upon by concerned person entrusted with the job. These user tasks are again notified and acted upon using Appiyo mobile application. User tasks also carry web forms which helps in the authorized personal to act on the task. Appiyo mobile application has the ability to render web forms.

-Process execution through mobile user interface: Business Processes needs user interface to enable enterprise employees to use the process. Appiyo mobile application supports ‘web form rendering’ which can help enterprise employees to interact with the business process for their day to day work.
